For a long time, I was not an early riser. I was a bad habit of going to bed late at night scrolling social media apps like Facebook, Instagram, and twitter, and then waking up late in the morning when the sun rose. Sometime I stayed awakened all night and slept when the sun arose. I just wanted to change my habit but don’t know how, how you can do this? I always rationalize that I am not a morning person, and I blamed my DNA for my sleep habits.
